DEPARTMENTS
   
 

The Administration Department
The Administration department is responsible for leading all the administrative and spiritual activities of the church. This is the department responsible for the smooth running of the ministry and serving the pastor and the people of God. Lightening the load and increasing the effectiveness of the church as a whole and leadership team is the number one goal of this department.

This department is responsible for the following:
1.Database management
2.Human resource management
3.Service program development and management
4.Announcements
5.Asset register
6.Church newsletters
7.Bereavements, weddings and other member events.

 
     
 

Finance Department  
1.The Finance Department is solely responsible for handling the churches finances.
2.They count and record all of the churches takings at the end of each service.
3.They ensure thorough audits of the finances are taken in conjunction with the pastorate.
4.They present financial statements to the general congregation on a period basis and account for use of church funds.
5.They manage the departmental and overall church budgets.
6.They are responsible for fund-raising programs, including the building fund project.

 
     
 

Maintenance Department
1.This team oversees all the building and maintenance projects undertaken by the church and ensures all maintenance works are carried out in line with set standards and in a safe and compliant environment.
2.They liaise with all external and internal building and maintenance contractors on behalf of the church.
3.They also liaise with other ministries from time to time as and when the need arises to carry out any maintenance, erection or construction activities

 
     
 

Protocol Department
This department is responsible for ensuring the welfare of our members and visitors. They work closely with the ushering ministry to cater for the welfare of our Pastors and Guest Ministers. They also cater for meetings and other events in church, where refreshments are required working closely with the catering team. They ensure dietary requirements are built into menus and that all refreshments are prepared in a clean and hygienic manner.

The Protocol Department is concerned with ensuring the welfare and hospitality of guest ministers during their visits to House of Faith. They are solely responsible for picking up and returning guest ministers to their desired destination. They also work closely with the ushering ministry to ensure all needs of our invited VIPs are met promptly.

 
     
 

Marketing and Branding Department
The marketing and branding team is made up mostly of members of House of Faith with the necessary skills, qualifications and expertise to carry out branding and marketing activities of the church with excellence. The team comprises of brand managers, research managers, events managers, public relations managers, software developers and legal eagles to name but a few. Their main role is to support other departments and ministries in their marketing efforts in line with the vision of the church.

The responsibilities of this team are as follows:

1.Support, interpret and translate the vision of HOF in the community through marketing strategies and programs in line with church objectives.
2.Formulate, develop and implement HOF brand architecture across the whole spectrum of the ministry.
3.To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet church objectives.
Maintain HOF corporate identity.
4.To oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities in the church
5.Working internally, the team liaises with other departments to ensure consistent use and interpretation of the brand.
6.Act as service provider to all church departments on marketing related issues and plans.
7.Establish and maintain procedures and systems that adhere to brand disciplines.
8.To commission, develop and evaluate resear

 
     
  Transport Department
1.The church transport department manages the church busses. They assist members traveling from far and near to church services and events. They ensure they are ready before and after every service and event and ensure members are picked up from and taken to appropriate destinations with minimal inconvenience.
2.They manage drivers of the busses plus transport related budgets.
3.They ensure that a route map is worked out.
